Almost Human episode 2 entitled, “Skin,” aired on November 18, 2013 and here are my initial thoughts on the Almost Human episode. I thought that this episode, like the one before it, did a great job of exploring the possibilities of science and imagining what might be scientifically possible in 35 years. I thought that the interaction between Dorian and John was enjoyable, though I could have used a bit less of the comedy. I also found it a bit out of place that they seem to be pushing a romantic relationship between John and Valerie. I very much enjoyed the exploration of emotion and the significance of being remembered after you’re gone and how Dorian had an understanding of grief. My question this week is, Do you want to see a romantic relationship develop between Valerie and John?
