If you’ve listened to our Comic-Con Preview Night podcast, followed our recent tweets, or read some of our Facebook posts, this will probably come as no surprise. Today we are excited to announce that we are launching a new podcast about the upcoming NBC show, Revolution!
Revolution is a show that takes place 15 years after a sudden world-wide blackout. Mankind is no longer able to depend on technology. Computer systems, batteries, factories, and electricity are all gone. A militia has taken over and pockets of people try to live in harmony and make the best life possible for their families. However, because this show comes from the creative minds of JJ Abrams, Jon Favreau, and Eric Kripke, not everything is at it seems. Some do have power. Some can communicate via computer. Some know why the power went out.
Revolution stars Billy Burke as Miles Metheson, Tracy Spiradakos as Charlie Matheson, Anna Lise Phillips as Maggie, Graham Rogers as Danny Matheson, J.D. Pardo as Nate Walker, Zak Orth as Aaron, Maria Howell as Grace, David Lyons as Bass/General Monroe, Giancarlo Esposito as Captain Tom Neville, Tim Guinee as Ben Matheson, and Elizabeth Mitchell as Rachel Matheson. Revolution is a sci-fi/drama/action show that has us VERY excited! In fact, the last time we were this excited about a show, that show was Fringe!
With The Revolution Podcast you will find the same insight and banter that you’ve come to enjoy by listening to The Fringe Podcast. We’ll bring the live chat room as we watch Revolution every Monday at 10/9c on NBC. We’ll record each podcast in front of a live, worldwide, internet audience. And, of course, we’ll be depending on YOU, the fans, to provide your insights for our feedback segment.
Check out these AWESOME videos about Revolution. We hope you’re excited about Revolution as much as we are, and we look forward to doing some Revolutionary things with this podcast!

Just a crazy suggestion to help with getting the Big Picture Perspective-with such a Mega- sized cast getting lost is possible ( no pun intended)possible to help us out by creating a “peg” Map …marking the good guys, bad guys, friends, strangers, with a different color and their location on a map of the usa as pertains to our story?
I like your idea, but would a spreadsheet work as well? Then again, since they do say it is a show about a long walk, perhaps a map is best.
A lot of shows start with the Beginning of the End. It looks like this one will pickup where those others leave off. What do you think about the use of “Flashbacks” and “Prequelitis”? Should the producers and story writers steer clear of backstory and beating us over the head with explanations?
aka. focus more on Action and the here and now.. or would you prefer more emotional “entanglement” with the characters. How about Hard Core versus Soft Core scientific reasons and discoveries.. is there any room for the Supernatural or Fantastical Rainbows, Unicorns and Dragons in this series? How about Zombies and Elves or Aliens?
Hello. I just started watching the show and found your podcast to complement it. I haven’t listened yet,but I did enjoy the extended preview video here. I must complain that 2 of the videos are unwatchable due to their private nature. Please don’t tease me by posting material I am not allowed to access. Thank you.
Jeffrey, sorry to hear that you’re not able to watch some of the videos on this page. Are you located outside of the U.S.? These videos are not under my control, but are posted by NBC and they control who has access to them. Sometimes they will restrict viewing to only U.S. or U.S. and Canada viewers. I have no idea why they do that.
EDIT: I just tried watching the videos and two of them are no longer working for me either. I guess NBC changed the settings on them since I first posted them. I am removing those two videos. Only one will remain on this page.
