Talking Through Heads Up

Heads Up is the seventh episode of season six, and we are one episode away from the mid-season finale. This episode finds the hosts on opposite sides of the “dumpster escape” method of saving Glenn, but what we can both agree on is that we are happy he is alive! Neither of us wanted to lose Glenn, but one of us thinks what happened is just a little bit too far fetched. The folks in charge of The Walking Dead seem to have broken their own rules, and they need to get back on track.
Although one fraction of the episode did not pass muster, the rest of it turned out pretty good! We are left with an exciting cliffhanger to take us into the mid-season finale. It turns out that the tower being hit by the semi in episode 2 might actually end up being disastrous. While we don’t yet know what will happen for sure, it appears that the wall will be breached, and Alexandria will be overrun. What will become of Alexandria? Will the inhabitants of the community be trapped in their houses? Or will they be forced to evacuate Alexandria? In either case, we are bound to lose a lot of characters in this latest “culling of the herd,” but how many will fall and how many will make it to the second half of season 6? Will your favorite Alexandrian survive?
