The Walking Dead is one week closer to the mid-season finale with “Crossed,” the 7th episode of season 5. Rick is back (finally!) in this episode and we get a little slice of what is happening with all of our main characters. The ratings dipped a little this week, but still won the night. However, for the first week in a little while, TWD did not prevail over football.
Rick and the gang begin the rescue mission to free Beth and Carol from Grady Memorial Hospital. There is disagreement as to how this goal might best be accomplished, but they come to a consensus. As they wait for Eugene to recover, GREATM splits into two groups, Glenn, Tara and Rosita looking for water, and Maggie caring for Eugene and berating Abraham. Meanwhile, back at the church, Father Gabriel might actually be losing his mind.
