As we careen past the quarter mark of the fifth season with the fifth episode, “Self Help,” directed by Ernest Dickerson, we finally get to see a little of what motivates one of the newest members of our Walking Dead family, Abraham. While not much is revealed, it is still a tantalizing clue to what makes this man tick. The ratings are not quite as high as last week, but still beat football.

In this episode, we talk about the journey to D.C. and the obstacles our gang face along the way. Why is Abraham so driven to keep going? Why does Rosita side with him up until the end of the episode? Why did Eugene say what he did at the end of the episode? Did the whole episode really almost get pulled by censors, or just parts of it? These questions and more are discussed, but we don’t have all the answers. We also have more questions about this episode and the future of our gang in The Walking Dead.

We want to thank you guys for listening and encourage you not to be shy! We know you have thoughts about the episode, too, so leave us your feedback and tell us what you think the most Awesome Sauce moment in the episode was, who was your Survivor of the Week, or give us your Death Predictions.
