In episode 234 of The Revolution Podcast we review season 2 episode 18 NBC’s Revolution entitled, “Austin City Limits.” SPOILER WARNING if you have not yet seen this episode. In our review we discuss this very powerful and emotional episode and the various developments with the characters. We discuss the death of Jason and great acting done by JD Pardo and Tracy Spiridakos, the directing and musical score of the episode, and the impact that Jason’s death will have on Tom, Charlie, and the other characters. We also discuss the nanites revelation that they are in control of Priscilla and trying to feel what it’s like to be human.
We talk about some of the plot holes in the episode and how things could have been done a bit differently, what will happen to Miles and Monroe in the next episode, how Aaron might be able to save Priscilla, and speculate on whether or not Revolution will be given a third season.

I don’t think that Jason knowing what the target was is a plothole. I mean, he knew Carver was the target, that’s why he and the others were there, to try and keep him from getting killed. So when Jason’s activated he knows that the Patriots want him to shoot Carver in case the first attempt fails, there’s no need to explain that.
