In episode 27 of Triplecast we wrap up our John Carpenter series with the 1983 thriller based on Stephen King’s book by the same name, “Christine.”  “Christine” is the story of a sentient 1958 Plymouth Fury that posses the young man that owns it named Arnie and changes him into a much darker person.  Those closest to Arnie notices the changes in him, but they may not be ale to save him and others in the town from the dark path of destruction that Christine is about to travel down.

In our discussion about “Christine” we share our thoughts on the story as a whole, the acting and casting of the film, and the creative use of music.  We talk about some of the missed opportunities of the film, some of our unresolved questions, the visual effects and whether or not we were satisfied with the ending.
