In this episode of Triplecast, we continue our series of podcasts about movies with twist endings by taking a look at the 1996 legal thriller, “Primal Fear.” “Primal Fear” stars Richard Gere as a popular, ego driven attorney who takes a pro bono case to defend a meek, stuttering boy named Aaron. Aaron is played by now well known actor Ed Norton, but this was Ed’s first major role and launched him into instant stardom with an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
We share our thoughts on the movie’s plot and directing, as well as our views on the acting, style, and, of course, the twist ending. We do spoil the ending of the movie in the podcast, so make sure you watch the movie before you listen. The movie is available via Netflix streaming (affiliate link).
