Welcome to Stuff I Learned Yesterday. My name is Darrell Darnell, I saw “Inside Out” this week and it may just be my least favorite Pixar movie yet. And I believe that if you aren’t learning, you aren’t living. In today’s episode of Stuff I Learned Yesterday I’m pleased to bring you another installment of the Friday Forum…Father’s Day edition.
Today’s fun fact: Here are some fun facts about the new Pixar movie, “Inside Out.” When Riley’s dreams shift into nightmares, the film plays the theme music from Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion ride. In the “first day of school” scene, one of the “cool girls” is wearing a skull shirt similar to Sid’s in “Toy Story.” All of the emotions have intentional shapes: Disgust is shaped like a piece of broccoli, Anger looks like a brick, Fear is tall and thin like a nerve, Joy is shaped like a star, and Sadness resembles a teardrop.
