For episode 37 of The Star Trek Discovery Podcast, Ruthie and I discuss Season 2 Episode 12 of Star Trek: Discovery, which is titled, Through the Valley of Shadows. This episode was written by Bo Yeon Kim & Erika Lippoldt, and it was directed by Douglas Aarniokoski. This is the third time the writers have worked with Aarniokoski, as he also directed their Short Trek, The Brightest Star, and S2E6, The Sound of Thunder.
