Welcome to Stuff I Learned Yesterday. My name is Darrell Darnell, I have one brother who is 2 years and 3 months older than I am, and I believe that if you aren’t learning, you aren’t living. In today’s episode of Stuff I Learned Yesterday I’m pleased to bring you another installment of the Friday Forum.
Today’s fun fact: Today is Sibling Day! Siblings Day was created by Claudia Evart, a freelance paralegal from Manhattan, NY. Evart started the day to honor the memory of her brother and sister, both of whom had died at early ages. It is a day of celebration and recognition for brothers and sisters around the world. Siblings Day can be celebrated by sending a card, gift, making a dinner invitation or simply going for a walk in the park. The date of National Siblings Day is very important to its founder Claudia as it marks the birthday of her sister Lisette. This is the 16th year that Siblings Day has been celebrated.
