The Sandbox Episode 64 – The Good Samaritan Review
Who is the good Samaritan in The Good Samaritan? Did Agents of SHIELD just reference Johnny Blaze from the Ghostrider comics? Before the November hiatus, the series almost seems to come to a sort of Act 1 finale as the last of the ghost crew is disposed of and the truth about Uncle Eli comes to light. So what’s in store for the Darkhold and Ghost Rider now, and what happened to Coulson, Fitz, and Robbie in the end?

I look for the Doctor Strange connections to appear in the coming episodes.
It’s going to be interesting to see how Robbie handles killing Eli because clearly he’s going to have to. The line about eyeballs surviving was good. I agree it would be great to see Hayley Atwell back as Peggy Carter! Oh “Continuum” character ambiguity I miss you!
I vote for “Geese” in the CoulSass poll although I’d be fine with “Eyeballs” winning too.
Unsurprisingly I’m fine with Fitz and Simmons showcasing friendship more than romance. All the talk of acts makes me wonder how long we’ll see Robbie around, will he stay for the full season and defeat Eli as the big bad or will he disappear after half a season and defeating Eli and then Nadir will be the second half bad guy? As Phil said Robbie is growing on me so I’d like to see him go close to season end at least; Fitzsimmons romance aside, because I’m a known unfan of that, this season has been really good I feel…I’d argue it’s the best so far although Simmons’s individual plot and increased screen time in S2b does still hold a place in my heart when it comes to this show – it’s been an enjoyable season so far!
