The Sandbox Episode – Uprising Review
One of the best set-up episodes of Agents of SHIELD yet, Uprising introduces a myriad of possibilities for storylines moving forward. With SHIELD out in the open, Daisy back on her own again, AIDA about to be revealed, and the Watchdogs taking a more aggressive stance, the atmosphere is rife with conflict.
Join us for show news, commentary and analysis for Uprising, Faith’s CoulSass moments, and our listener feedback segment! This week we talk about May’s amazing recovery, Coulson’s continuing choice to defer to the director, Daisy’s worsening injury and abandonment of Robbie, the conflict between Mack and Elena, and the triumph of science for Fitz and Simmons.

I love the title picture for this week!
I have to say given it’s May I’m surprised her part of this episode wasn’t more dramatic, IT’S MAY…you’re one step away from putting Coulson on that table and her plot is cleared up in 5 minutes? I just personally thought there would be more drama with trying to save her. That was some “Iron Man” level CGI with May’s brain image. Is the brother Inhuman or is he ash and she’s looking for a way to turn him back before he breaks?
I do love Elena but at the same time I’m hesitant to make her a full time member currently because the group is pretty full as is and screen time for organic character building is at a premium as they say so another character in the group may leave someone feeling out.
I request Dave sing bars of the song for next week’s podcast.
