The Sandbox Episode 51 – Spacetime Review
Gotta love the fourth dimensional mind-screw in this week’s Agents of SHIELD episode entitled Spacetime! From the great directing and cinematography to the great dialogue, including Ward’s analysis of Malick’s true motivation, Spacetime had it all! Definitely the best episode since the break.
Join us for show news, commentary and analysis for Spacetime, Faith’s CoulSass moments, and our listener feedback segment! This week we talk about Lincoln’s continued integration with the team, the wonderfully subtle treatment of the FitzSimmons relationship, the impending fall of Malick from the driver’s seat, Daisy’s hubris in considering herself invincible, and much more.

Hive Ward is awesome; I’m enjoying seeing Brett play the bad guy on this show. I don’t know if Daisy would have tried to take out May in some way so she could be the one who does the mission, but I do think she was going to be ready if she was needed. Even if Ward wanted revenge, would Hive allow him to do it over the mission; I don’t know.
Fitzsimmons friendship only! I wonder if we’ll see Malick’s daughter again or if she was just in that one scene for some reason? I vote for “Terminator” in the CoulSass poll.
Raina and Gordon had physical changes as well so I don’t know if I buy that as the difference with Lash; Inhumans do change differently so who knows. Fair question about Lash versus Hive. Also fair to question why wasn’t Lincoln taken.
“The future is past.” – a very cool ending line.
