The Sandbox Episode 49 – Parting Shot Review
We say goodbye to beloved characters during this week’s very stressful Agents of SHIELD episode, Parting Shot. What will the team do now with two fewer members? The Inhumans “arms race” seems poised on the point of disaster, and SHIELD is in danger of becoming too visible.
Join us for show news, commentary and analysis for Parting Shot, Faith’s CoulSass moments, and our listener feedback segment! This week we talk about May and Hunter’s revealing conversation, the excellent fight scenes with the ladies of SHIELD, the cool powers of the short-lived shadowy Inhuman, and the power of Mack’s tears.
Remember to join the Agents of SHIELD (and other Marvel properties) discussion on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for the latest news and live tweets during the episode. And don’t forget to vote for your favorite CoulSass moment in the Facebook group as well!

Hunter was definitely more into leaving than Bobbi was; she seems more the “mission first” type between them where as he’s “relationships first” which is part of why they broke up so it’ll be interesting to see how their relationship will work in “Most Wanted” and if they’ll spilt again or not because of that topic.
Mike had a well ranked list regarding the emotional impact moments in this episode. I agree with Dave, Bobbi looks good in basically everything!
To be fair, Jemma and Bobbi didn’t get to get close either and I feel they had a good sibling relationship going also.
That’s a totally fair debate about how knowing about “Most Wanted” lessened the shock of Bobbi and Hunter leaving. Oh the bar scene…so good! I vote for “Curly fries” in the CoulSass poll.
Fair point by Dave regarding the “spy’s goodbye” scene at the end and how powerful it was given we knew they were leaving and it still effected people.
