Arg, mateys, it’s time to set sail on a new and tasty adventure! Nestled in one of Disneyland’s most beloved lands, New Orleans Square, Pirates of the Caribbean ride and The Blue Bayou restaurant go hand-in-hand. If you’re lucky enough to get a reservation at The Blue Bayou restaurant, then you get to see the boats from the ride drift by while you enjoy your meal. As a rider on Pirates, we find the opening scene drifting through the bayou to be very charming.

So this week we’re cooking up the world famous Monte Cristo with Pommes Frites, and enjoying the first movie in the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise, Curse of the Black Pearl. Here are the recipes we used.
