Looking Back
Welcome to Stuff I Learned Yesterday. My name is Mark Des Cotes, I saw The Martian this week, and I believe if you aren’t learning, you aren’t living. In today’s episode of Stuff I Learned Yesterday I talk about looking back.

Here’s What I leaned yesterday.
This week’s episode is a bit different from my norm. I didn’t script out my episode this time. Sorry if you’re one of the few who read these blog posts instead of listening to the podcast. This is first and foremost a podcast after all.
It’s been one year that I’ve been hosting Stuff I Learned Yesterday and in looking back there are so many lessons I’ve learned along the way. That’s what I share in this episode. How doing this podcast has changed the way I look at life and the way I look for the lessons in everything I do.
Here’s what I learned.
As I mentioned in this episode, in looking back over the last year I’ve realized that we are learning lessons each and every day. They may not be epic lessons but they are lessons none the less.
When looking back at the past few days I want you to look for the lessons you learned. And if you feel obliged, please send in your lessons to the Friday Forum.
Thank you for the support and encouragement over the past year. I look forward to many more episodes in the future.
I’m Mark Des Cotes and this has been Stuff I Learned Yesterday.
