Case Profile for Greyson Blaise

Cooper is in dire need of a Blacklister so he decides to pay Red a visit at the motor lodge personally to learn all about Greyson Blaise, a flashy, extreme sport, jet-setting art thief but instead of Red helping Cooper catch Greyson, Red wants Cooper to help him hire Greyson onto his team. One part Thomas Crown Affair and one part Ocean’s 11, Red and the team travel to Paris, Italy, and back as the international stakes are raised in the hunt for Greyson Blaise. We also revisit Season 1 via a painting known as “The Storm on the Sea of Galilee”. You may remember this painting from the Gina Zanetakos episode. In the end there is always a twist and Liz is trying to decide if that is good or bad, while her soon to be husband Tom tracks down new information about the suitcase and it’s contents. Sit back, have a nice meal, and enjoy our discussion for #37 on The Blacklist Greyson Blaise.

The Music of Greyson Blaise

As the episode opens on Greyson stealing the Napoleon Necklace, we hear “Awoo” by a Sofi Tukker featuring Betta Lemme. Now that Liz and Tom are reunited and it feels so good, wink wink, we hear “Afternoon Takeoff” by Small Forward. Then as Samar graces the party with her presence while helping the others break in, “That Gut Feeling” from Tim Juke and the Jack Baker Trio plays which also features Andreya Triana. Later on as Ressler and Dale show up with the painting we hear “Say I Wanna Know” by Nick Waterhouse and finally as all hell breaks loose since we are Tier 3 people, everyone scrambles to “Power (Voodoo Version)” by King Britt & Sister Gertrude Morgan.

You can hear these songs via the official Blacklist playlist on Spotify or the same playlist recreated by us on Apple Music.
