It’s no surprise that the season 3 finale of 12 Monkeys is titled Witness, but the identity of the Witness certainly was! Just when we thought we had it figured out! The battle seemed all but impossible, and parts of it actually were! But the ending was satisfying – not exactly a cliffhanger but a resolution with huge revelations for season 4.
