The Sandbox Episode 90 – “All the Comforts of Home” Review
As Agents of SHIELD returns from hiatus, “All the Comforts of Home” returns to familiar territory in more ways than one. Although some wonderful new characters spice up the action in this episode, the military enemy is a track well trod on this show. I agree with Mike, originally the “Are you a good guy?” line was great but in partnership with the end scene it does feel weird because as he said wouldn’t Ruby have a better opinion of the situation being part of the operation herself.
I definitely think Ruby has powers of some kind because why else would they lock her away as Dave said.
If you go by the vision and assume it’s all still true then at some point Elena has to have implants because we saw her carrying Mack’s gun in a scene with May before she got on an elevator. It’s possible Kaisus took them after he killed her in the future. Then again if we assume the future is set but events don’t happen in order that means Jemma is going to die and no thank you to that unless they mean she dies in name because long live Jemma Johnson! 🙂
If it does end on TV I wonder if they’ll continue the show in some form on the proposed streaming service Marvel and Disney are working on? It’s surprising to hear it might end given as Dave has said it’s a giant commercial for the movies and has overall good ratings still.
I vote for “Small but active fan base” in the CoulSass poll!
Taltos is definitely right to worry over the monoliths and explosions!
