supergirl-season-5-trailer-release-date-cast-newsLex was supposed to move the needle. He did not. Leviathan is rising. Is Obsidian tech the tool they will use to take over National City? I think their scope is larger than that. It is said they hope to have their technology in every home within a year. It will be so easy to infiltrate our society using our devices. We can’t function without them. They permeate many aspects of our lives.
We must not forget what it means to be human. People make mistakes even Superheroes. Lena Luthor is hurt and she has every right to be. I just hope the pain of betrayal does not grow until this intelligent woman becomes an adversary. Kara stands for hope and I hope the writers take this opportunity to tell us a story about the consequences of lies but also the power of forgiveness.
As Supergirl soars in to season five we will say goodbye to James. I really hope it is more of a see you later storyline. Perhaps he could go somewhere and heal from post traumatic stress. An old friend will return. I wonder what wisdom Winn might bring from the future? The Monitor’s motivations continue to be shrouded in secrecy.
Please join Silver Vox and Green Butterfly as we discuss all the details revealed to us at San Diego Comic Con. We discuss pants, plot lines and fan reactions to the trailer. The Super Friends must get Lena back on their side. I fear she could be an enemy we don’t want to face. May forgiveness soon be granted. Because when the next crisis comes to National City the ramifications may be infinite.
