In episode 30 of We Have To Go Back Podcast we take a look back at Lost season 3 episodes 11 and 12, “Enter 77″ and “Par Avion.” In the Sayid centric “Enter 77″ we learn that Sayid encountered one of his torture victims after he left the Republican Guard. The woman chooses forgiveness though and lets him go. On the island we meet Mikhail when Kate, Locke, Sayid, and Danielle discover the Flame Station. We discuss Locke’s decision to blow up the station, Sayid’s flashback, and the bet Sawyer loses when Hurley beats him in ping pong.

In the Claire centric episode, “Par Avion” we learn that Christian Shepard is Claire’s real father. Claire meets him for the first time after Claire and her mother are in a serious car accident and Christian provides for their medical costs. On the island, Locke, Kate, Sayid, and Danielle cross over the sonic fence and discover Dharmaville. On the beach, Desmond continues to save Charlie’s life and tells Claire about Charlie’s eventual fate. Claire tries to use migratory birds to send a message off the island.

Here’s the Ask Me Anything article from Lost Executive Producer, Carlton Cuse.
