However, they are being forced out of their house by the Government and airport authorities under the “Compulsory Acquisition Law” so the airport can expand. But this isn’t a house, it’s a home. And a man’s home is his castle, so Darryl Kerrigan refuses to leave and takes his case all the way to the High Court of Australia.
