The Sandbox Episode 70 – Hot Potato Soup Review
The return of Agent(s) Koenig was the highlight of this week’s Agents of SHIELD episode, Hot Potato Soup. Oh blog post header photo you make me happy yet sad at the same time.
Zack was good in “100” but I personally can’t watch him in that anymore as “100” failed getting me as a viewer because of how badly I feel they treated Lexa’s exit. I did like his character there more than Vane on “Black Sails” though; again Zack did great but I was not sorry to see Vane go last season.
I definitely hope all the Koenigs stay recurring! I also liked the one who wore the “No sheep!” shirt because it also works regarding cloning and how they’re not clones if that holds true. Personally I can do without Fitz’s father becoming a bigger plot right now because Fitz had a good amount if S2’s screen time and a lot of S3’s so I’d rather see backstory on Mack as much as he’s irking me this season or loop back around to Coulson, May, or Simmons who haven’t had much backstory or individual arcs recently and do history on them before having more Fitz stuff. I’m not against his father being a plot later but right now it feels like borderline Fitz overload so I’d push it to the season after next or the back half of next season myself.
The quantum brain CGI was cool! They don’t know there’s another fair point about Radcliff and the codes; Aida so the 1 count makes sense to me.
Can I vote for Dave’s “Watchdog guy” as a Sass option because that tag had me laughing through this whole podcast?! 🙂
Fair about Radcliff by Christopher; great points by him all around! YES Taltos regarding switching the Darkhold, agreed!!! The Phil-LMD May plot is going to be interesting!
