Things aren’t going so well for Agent Peggy Carter as she continues her investigation into the stolen weapons from Stark’s vault. Carter and Jarvis have to make plenty of sacrifices to clear Howard Stark’s name, but someone unexpected has to make the ultimate sacrifice.

I liked the commando outfit Peggy wore in this episode.
I don’t think Peggy was the shooter; it would certainly give the series a dark tone but I don’t think it was her, she had just said she could tell them what was really happening so to go from that to shooting…and why not just kill him on the boat before making the call if that’s the case? Peggy had plenty of chances to kill him before making the call, no need to do it after the fact. Plus the guy said he didn’t tell them anything, which sounds to me like he was talking about the organization; he had just started to rat out Peggy so why talk about her but then say he didn’t say anything? If it was Peggy why not say “You again?” or something? I just don’t think it was her. Peggy as we know is not afraid to get dirty, but in this instance I just can’t see her killing someone.
At worse she could fired and then she could work for Howard privately to help him. It wouldn’t be the absolute end for her had they found out. Create problems for her yes, but not end her completely. Jarvis is possible but I don’t think it was him either because again he had a chance on the boat. Granted he might have had the opportunity depending on if he drove Peggy home or not, but I just don’t think it was them.
