Can You really have a haunting without ghosts? “The Haunting of Villa Diodati” is the eight episode of the 12th season of Doctor Who. In this episode, The Fam gets to dress up, the Doctor gives a dressing down, great literary minds are unfairly influenced, and in the end nothing is done about the true haunting.

The story opens at Villa Diodati, 1816. Team TARDIS arrives on a night that supposedly inspired Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. While the plan was to spend the night in the presence of literary greats and to not interfere with time, our cast of time travelers does exactly that. They proceed to investigate events of the night only to be met eith perception filters, sleepwalking lords, and of course space/time anomalies. But the ghosts are all too real. The Doctor is forced into an earth-shattering decision.

As Wayne and Jada review what they liked and didn’t like about the episode, they also discuss listener feedback and go over unanswered questions and share fan theories. Remember, don’t blink, don’t even blink.
