In 1973, celebrated author and filmmaker Michael Crichton released Westworld, his visionary idea of what a theme park could be as human-looking androids fulfilled our every desire. 4 decades later, creators Jonathan and Lisa Joy Nolan are taking the concept to the next evolutionary step as Westworld can now be ‘fleshed’ out as a deeper concept that explores the vast array of potential and consequence from such advanced artificial intelligence.
As we prepare for HBO’s latest launch of television greatness, Hosts Aaron and Troy want to introduce themselves to you. We also discuss what we know about the series at this point, our intended plans for this initial launch of our podcast, and how we will build up to Westworld series premiere on October 2nd.
